Early access and size reservations
when you submit a form, we process your email address, optional first name, selected product and size where applicable, your email-marketing choice and its consent evidence, the original landing page and referrer, and any campaign (UTM) parameters in your arrival link. We use this information to record the early-access request or size preference you asked us to provide and to send the related transactional confirmation. Registration data is stored in VANTARA's external Supabase database. Confirmation emails are sent through Lovable's managed email service from VANTARA's verified notify.vantara-studio.com sending domain.
Retention
early-access registrations and product reservations are retained for Drop 001 and its related communications. We will review these records within 90 days after the relevant launch communications are completed and delete or anonymise records that are no longer needed. Consent evidence is preserved only where necessary and legally justified under an appropriate documented retention and deletion process.
Email marketing
the signup checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. If you select it, you consent only to notifications about the first VANTARA drop, using the wording shown in your chosen language. We store whether you opted in, the time and the stable consent-text version. Leaving it unchecked stores a refusal and does not affect your registration or transactional confirmation. Email-marketing consent is separate from your registration. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing support@vantara-studio.com.
Functional storage
if you choose a language with the language switcher, a first-party cookie (vantara_lang) stores that choice for up to one year so the site opens in your language. No other cookies or browser storage are set by this website. Campaign (UTM) parameters in your arrival link are held only in the open page's memory, not in browser storage, so they can be attached to a registration you choose to submit during that visit.
Analytics and marketing technologies (current pre-launch test)
no analytics, advertising or tracking technology is active on this website. No visitor identifier is created, no page or product interactions are recorded, and the Meta Pixel is not loaded, so no Meta cookies are set and nothing is sent to Meta. The Meta Pixel code remains in the website but is switched off; it will not be activated without first updating this policy and asking for your consent. Interaction records created before this test in VANTARA's Lovable Cloud database are no longer collected and are pending a one-time review.
No cookie banner
because the website uses only the functional language cookie described above, it does not show an optional-cookie banner. On each visit, the site removes any earlier VANTARA visitor identifier, stored attribution, saved cookie choices and Meta cookies it can access on this domain (_fbp, _fbc). It cannot delete cookies set on Meta's own domains; you can remove these in your browser settings.
Your rights
subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction on your personal data, request portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Contact support@vantara-studio.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Service-provider information
Supabase provides the external registration database, and Lovable provides the managed website infrastructure and transactional email delivery. The code does not establish the underlying email-delivery carrier, provider processing regions or the terms of VANTARA's data-processing agreements; these operational details require controller review.
